Click 'Sell Now' in the header, upload photos of your item, fill in the details (category, size, condition, price), choose your shipping size, and publish your listing. Once sold, you'll receive a shipping label to drop off at any BoxNow locker.

All shipping is done through BoxNow lockers across Cyprus. When you purchase an item, you select a locker near you. The seller drops off the package at any BoxNow locker, and you'll receive a code to pick it up within 48 hours.

Shipping is €3.50 for a single item. For multi-item orders from the same seller, shipping is calculated based on the number of parcels needed: 1 parcel = €3.50, 2 parcels = €5.90, 3 parcels = €7.50.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. When you buy an item, your payment is held in escrow until you confirm receipt. A 10% buyer protection fee is added to protect your purchase.

After you pick up your item, there's a 48-hour confirmation period. Once you confirm the order (or after 48 hours automatically), the seller can withdraw their earnings to their bank account. Vinty takes a 5% platform fee from the item price.

Yes! If a seller has enabled offers on their listing, you can propose a lower price. The seller can accept, decline, or counter your offer. Accepted offers are valid for 24 hours to complete checkout.

Can I cancel an order?

Yes — you (buyer or seller) can cancel from the order page until the buyer picks the parcel up from the BoxNow locker. Before the seller drops the parcel off, cancellation is free and you get a full refund including shipping. After drop-off but before pickup, the shipping fee (€3.50–€7.50) is non-refundable: if the buyer cancels it is deducted from their refund, if the seller cancels it is deducted from their next payout. Once the buyer has picked up, cancellation is no longer available — open a dispute within the 48-hour confirmation window instead.
